My Dell D600 starts fine on the docking station.

My Dell D600 starts fine on the docking station. When on battery or AC adapter, power button does not do a thing. sometimes takes up to 20 minutes to come on. once light flashes, starts and runs fine.

Try docking the system then deleting the undocked hardware profile. The power off, undock, and reboot to re-create the undocked profile
