Question about KVM Switches
Are you able to view the post ( power on self test ) in the LCD. or you are albe to vies the laptop make log when you poer on.
and check the LED staues of the key board after you powe on the laptop.
This is the basic troubleshoting.

1. Start pressing F8 right after you reboot...
2. Then select Safe Mode from the list of choices..
3. Use System Restore to go back to a date previous to the one you did you upgrade..
Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
