I was wondering if you can help me. I purchased a Rollei da 8325 Prego two weeks ago in Singapore, I was unaware that there is no customer support now in Australia. I am very worried that I have bought a lemon. I took about 50 photos in Singapore with only about 3 in focas. Is there some focasing technique that I'm not doing? To make matters worse I downloaded the Software that came with it, it is Mr. Photo4. There is an auto correction where you can make blurry photo's sharp again, and this feature does work accept when you say yes to accept the new photo it reverts back to being blurry. So I am just wondering if this is compounding the problem. The picture doesn't look to bad on the back of the LCD screen. I have written to the software people at Mr Photo4. However have not received a reply.
I was wondering also how much these little camera's are worth, do you have any idea? I'm gathering your in the USA, is that correct?
Thankyou in advance, I would appreciate any help or advice.

i've got the same problem with a olympus 560uz unless the people/ animals are perfectly still the shot is blurry even with the dual image stabilization turn on this happens with most of the modes i've used to try to fix the problem any help would be very grateful
it could be your photography technique. Assuming you are in the full auto mode, the camera might be selecting slow shutter speed due to low light situation. The shutter might go as long as half a second. And anything happens within this half second will be recorded on camera. Image stabilization will help but not completely. To combat this, increase your ISO setting. Or simply, use a flash.
