Head cleaning i used the head cleaning cassete many times and the camcorder fails again and again. It records ok for some time, two or three days and it fails again. The technical assistant told mer that it was just dirty video heads, but it occurs again and again. My question is, am i supposed to use the head cleaner every five seconds?

if your camcorder uses cassete then please try your earlier recorded cassette. if the problem is with the newly recorded one then please use cleaner to clean the camcorder. possibly the audio recording and playback head might have some deposit on. it cleaning should help.
if you cant find cleaner dampen cotton cloth with very little alcohol and rub all the metal part except a round drum whic is video head and can be damaged.

My sharp viewcam Model # VL-E30U has a snowy picture when I try to view pictures from from a casset

Sounds like dirty video heads.
Try running an appropriate head cleaning tape. After two or three attempts if there is no improvement it's time to see a tech.

I have had this problem myself, and it is nothing more than a head cleaning issue, from my experience. Sometimes, when a head cleaner will not work, the camera requires proper maintenance. The problem arises through long pauses, and over time. A suggestion for better use perhaps, would be to not pause tape for too long when playing back. Based on personal experiences.

Not recording or playing back recorded tapes

first leave your camcorder with the cassete draw open in a warm room for 24 hrs.
then, use a brand new cassette & re try.
if you get the condensation message, it means the unit has detected moisture on the heads, the unit will not operate... hence your problems.
