Question about MP3 & Digital Media Players
I have a blue line in the screen of my zen and its really annoying. its not part of the wallpaper or anything becuase i changed them a few times and the line is till there. is this a permanate problem or can it be fixed
This is what I found. Windows Media Player 11 messes it up. All you have to do is uninstall anything Windows Media Player 11 and then run the firmware upgrader. It's some sort of but. You can reinstall WMP when your done installing the firmware. I found it on the creative forum.

Very rare - go ahead and replace it - it cannot be repaired - this is the only case of screen burn-in on an Mp3 that i have ever heard of, but it happens plenty on mid -1990s, early-2000s TV's.LCD monitors of all ages, etc.

you select a pic u want as your background and you you hold down the little "Arrow button" or "The back button" it shoud bring up a menu that says "fit screen ect. select "set as wallpaper" and hit the joystick. hope this helps! =)
