Question about Creative Labs ZEN V Plus MP3 Player
It wont come off the screen at all computer wont read it i can reset it & turn it off that way other than that i cannot

Usually answered in minutes!
It froze, and I tried doing the instructions on YouTube, but on my own it's almost next to impossible. Trying to get the cover to pop open is a little riskier than what the clip says. Is there any other way that I can reset the player on my own without having to pop open open--or accidentally destroy the darn thing? Thank you for your help in advance.
