We cannot access yahoo but can access the internet. Everything was fine yesterday. We want our e-mail. we can access it through the blackberry's. We restarted our internet modum and it is obviously working because we can access all other web sites but yahoo. Thanks

Actually, the problem is not with your email account, but with your internet browser unable to full access Yahoo.

Two possible fix to your problem, but it requires an hour to fix your email account.

First, whatever internet browser you are using (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.)
clear all caches, remove all cookies and clear everything in your browsing history. This should be done in the TOOLS menu of your internet browser. Then, access again Yahoo and log in.

Second, if the first fix do not work, use alternate internet browser to access your Yahoo mail account. If you do not want to use different browser, I recommend you uninstall it, download an upgrade version and install it to your system.

The next time you access Yahoo mail, it will be successful.

reset internet explorer settings

open internet explorer... click on tools--> internet options--> advanced--> reset ie settings

This problem has something to do with the Cookies, Cache and Internet files of your internet browser. Try to clear the Cookies, Cache and Internet files of your browser. To do this, please follow the steps below:

* For Internet Explorer:
1. Run Internet Explorer and click on 'Tools' menu.
2. Go to Internet Options and locate the Browsing History section.
3. Click the 'Delete' button and delete the Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and History.
4. Close the Internet Explorer and re-open it.
5. Access your Netaddress e-mail.

* For Mozilla Firefox:
1. Run Firefox and hit 'Tools' menu.
2. Go to 'Clear Recent History' and click the drop-down arrow for 'Time range to clear'.
3. Select 'Everything' and then hit the 'Clear Now' button.
4. Close and re-open Firefox
5. Access your Netaddress e-mail.

go to messages, then go to e-mail and select set up a new email account,

put your yahoo account details, select your access point and other settings and yo ur done...

connect to wifi or internet and download ur mails on ur mobile.

There are reported problems with Yahoo e-mail. Try accessing Yahoo mail after 30 minutes. The server could be down at the moment.

it is the problem of internet server so you dont worry it works automatically

Try clearing internet cache, temporal files etc.
from internet explorer go to tools delete browsing history then select everything.

try accessing your email with a Blackberry...my friend let me use hers so I could check my mail.

check your antivirus program, it may be on its black list or blocked .
