I have a sony cybershot dsc-p200 digital camera.

Had same problem. Only sony can fix it(dust inside the lens). The lens assembly is such that it is integrated into the body. I tried removing as much as i could, but opening lens assembly requires special tools that only Sony has(even camera repair people don't do this sort of thing). Send it to them by UPS if you think it worth it. My spots came back 5 weeks after repair by Sony(lens creates a suction effect common with this model)

You cannot clean the inside, it it indeed has something inside. It is impossible to such a thing without complete dis-assembly of the camera.
