Are you sure you have copied all videos to your PSP normally.

If yes & still problem is not over the check format of videos.

It needs MP4 Format.

Check.

PSP supported video format:
MP4, MPEG-4, H.264/AVC

So, if you wanna view videos on PSP, you must ensure your video is in PSP_friendly format, if not, you have to convert them. I recommed
Daniusoft DVD to PSP converter suite which convert DVD to PSP and convert all various popular video formats (as AVI, MP4, MPEG, WMV, XviD, DAT, MOV, ASF and FLV, etc) to PSP MP4, MPEG-4, H.264/AVC and PSP music MP3, WMA in a high quality and super fast conversion speed.

It has to be in MP4 format(common of IPod/Iphone & other Mobiles) and configured in terms of sound and video dimensions for a PSP screen.
