The best anti-virus program for now is BIT DEFENDER. The only problem is that it is not free to obtain. If you are willing to pay, you can get it and use it to scan your entire PC.
It would detect all the virus and ask you to terminate them if you want.
Although, there are other good ones that can be gotten for free.
You can download avast home from their website.

Reformat the card.

Presumably you have a card reader, and presumably that card, when inserted, appears as another drive on your computer.

"Reformat it. Remove any data you want to keep first, but then reformat it."

That will erase everything from the card. Data. Viruses. Spyware. Everything.

If for some reason you cannot reformat it on your computer, then once again, copy off the data you want to keep, and use your camera or other device to reformat it; most have this as an option.

You have said that you have done installation and Harddisk are not recognised this is a indication of damaged Harddisk ie its registry is bad or its not working .
I recomend a new Harddisk then you will able to use your laptop
Before you change the harddisk you should check the IDE cables by swapping them coz sometimes they could be faulty, connect new cable to the harddisk then on it try installation again .

Yes format it because it may have some virus in it.

The best bet would be to format both your phone and memory card, although be sure to have a backup of important data. Reformat the card on your computer with a card reader and not using your phone as the virus may just re-infect it as soon as you are done.

1. Remove memory card from phone
2. Format memory card using computer
3. Format phone by pressing *#7370# on the keypad (you will need your security code)
4. Re-insert your memory card and restore your data.

i think it would be best to take the phone to a repair center and have them reflash the phone for you.

I wanna ask one thing, does your compter show CD/DVD drive in My Computer menu? If yes, then its hardware of DVD/CD drive problem, not a virus. Clean the lens of drive with fine cotton swab, hope it works/ reads.

the file may have had a virus you will need a service centr to clear it
