Beeping sound is generally associated with RAM or your Display card. See that the Memory is not loose and it is working properly. Ditto for the graphics card. Re-check. If it still does not work, replace the RAM / Graphics card whichever is faulty.

Remove Power Cord then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, then put the cord back in and try to start it.
When you press the Power Button are you hearing the fans run, the disk drive running, the cd drive click and the light on it comes on for a second or two?
Anything shows up on the LCD Screen?
If you press the power button and absolutely nothing is happening then you most likely have a bad power supply.
If you press the power button and you start hearing beep sounds or blinking lights in a continuous pattern (ex. 1 long followed by 2 short) then you have a motherboard issue. Those beep sounds and blinking lights tells the technician what is going on with the computer.
Hi there, I can understand your issue. Well it seems the issue is based on Motherboard or Memory Card.
But we have to check all the possible solutions.
1) At first when you turn on the computer are u getting any beep sound. If the beep sound is lengthy then i'm sure the memory card is gone bad. 2)You can try by swapping the memory card in different slot and try turning it on.
3) Once you isolated as memory is not the problem, then go ahead and take out the battery (like a COIN) inside the board. Then try turning on.
4) If still the same problem, please disconnect all the cable from the board (Includes HDD, CD-ROM, FDD) and check for the flea power led which is on the board.
5) If the LED is lit on, then no issues with motherboard.
6) Finally you have to check with SMPS.
If all the above 5 condition is true, then you have to replace SMPS (Switched Mode Power Supply).
In your system actually the hard disk is not found because of some loose connection; so you just try to remove your hard disk and then start your pc and shutdown it after 1 minute. and then just attach your hard disk properly.
