Used our new Haier 45 pint dehumidifier for a couple months. Now runs, but doesn't take any moisture out of the air anymore. We bought two and neither is working. Basement is musty again!

- It was still in the 80's outdoors, but around 72 in the house. Currently in the 60's outdoors, but still 72 in the house.Best Solution

what time of year is it,
dehumidifies are almost usless below 55 degrees
dont know the humidty in the basment
but unless your running a humidiifer id would have to believe it is lower than 65percent
