MP3 Payer will not start.

My Rio Carbon 5gb MP3 player is brand new.

I loaded my music via my computer, no problem, and played for approx 5 minutes, when new.

About two weeks later I switched the Rio on and all I get is the message UPGRADER.

I have tried all known methods, including factory re-set.

Also when connected to my computer it is not being recognised, my wife and I have Rio Carbons and have no problems.

Any help/repair will be appreciated.
