go to www.creativelabs.com and choose driver downloads andthen pick your sound card and download the drivers for free.

Try this http://driverbyte.com/sond-blaster-sb0220_freedownload/.
If that doesn't work I have the original cd. I'll make an .iso image out of it and set it up for a torrent.

Type in SB 0220 in the search and you'll be able to down load the torrent. It's an ISO file with a text that had all of the info from the cd.
I just started the seed today and it's already going like hotcakes.
You'll need Image Burn or similar program to burn it to your cd.
You will NOT find the drivers at Creative Labs. Enjoy, Mark
