Just had this problem too... called tech support they said to do a hardware reset....press and hold the 2 dash buttons on the front then while holding those down out put the stylus in the little hole on the side by the volume and push it in till you feel is kinda click hold all 3 for about 3 seconds then take the stylus out... the screen should ask you if you want to reformat hit yes and it dose it... only thing is it deletes EVERYTHING on your phone and sets it back to factory... just like it was brand new.... thats the only option they gave me.. hope it helps. :D

if you did'nt change passcode from factory the code is 1234. if you have changed it you will have to do a hard reset. take out your sim card(just in case) hold down both( -- )tabs and the reset on the side. hope this helps.
You can do a hardware reset of the phone. To do this hold the two soft keys in the front of the phone while depressing the reset button on the side. The rest button is located at the bottom of the volume level slider on the left hand side of the phone. You will need to stick a pen or something in there..The two soft keys are directly on the front of the phone right above the "ok" button and windows button.
It is very important that you do that all at the same time.. Release the "reset" button while still holding the two soft key buttons. After a couple seconds a black screen will appear telling you that it will erase everything..Just accept and that's it
Just do a master reset it will delete that password and give you the option to put in a password of your own. Go to the t-mobile web site, look for the manual it will give you instructions on how to reset the phone.
