I am trying to import video from my Panasonic NV-GS25 video camera into my MacBook Pro. I have been trying to do this via a fire wire connection plugged into the DV output of the camera and into the Firewire port on my Mac. When doing this the Mac is not recognising the camera. I am using the Mac software iMovie9.

I appears that the Panasonic NV-GS25 is not compatable with the Mac operating system.
