Not sure if this will help but make sure you do not have two dvd-authoring programs on your computer, this might be causing the error you are seeing. There could be an issue with the media you are burning to, sometimes you have to experiment and find discs that work well with your burner. Burn speed may also be an issue, some discs say that you can burn at 4x speed, when in fact that disc may only be able to accomodate 2x - so try reducing the authoring speed to half the maximum the disc says.
I looked on the GoCyberlink website and was not able to see that error code listed in their support pages. Another possibility though not as likely, you could have a damaged operating system or there is a problem with your dvd burner. Wish I could help more.

- Ok, question for you when you reinstalled PowerProducer2 was there an anti-virus program running in the background during the installation process? If so this may have caused an issue with the program. Disable your anti-virus program, unistall PowerProducer2 and then reinstall it, then re-enable your anti-virus program. Another possibility is that both Nero and Roxio may be interfering with the PowerProducer2, uninstalling those programs may help as it is likely they may be interfering with the authoring/burning process for PowerProducer2.
