When I bring up my3 webpage I\r\nget the word

When I bring up my3 webpage I get the word error down the
bottom. When I try to login I
get error on page . I have spoken to 5 different people at My3 and
I cannot get an answer as to why I cannot login. It has been going on
for a week.

Try accessing it from a different computer and different browser. If you are using Mozilla try internet Explorer. Microsoft has been using code that can only be used with IE and some host have been implementing that code in their pages which forces you to use IE.
