How to clean an oil spill

I have a hotpoint RGB745 gas kitchen oven.

We had a grease fire inside the oven that I extinguished with a fire extingusher. This sloshed a lot of oil, grease and depree down through the 4 slots in the bottom pan. I need to clean this out. How do I remove the bottom (inside the oven) so I can clean this.

Thank you

I have a Hotpoint RGB745 Gas Kitchen Range.

We had a fire inside the oven that I put out using a fire extinguisher. Oil, grease and debree flowed through the 4 slits in the bottom pan and needs to be cleaned before the oven can be used.

Can anyone tell me how to remove the bottom pan inside the oven?

    Thank you

Thanks for the reply but I need to know how to remove the bottom pan (inside the oven). Oil sloshed down the 4 vents and remains there. I've cleaned inside the oven but need to get underneath the bottom pan (Not the storage area for pots and pans) but under the oil pan inside the oven

    Thank you

There are two light metal tips that stand out at the back of the oven. Lightly slide those tips forward and then you should be able to gently lift up the corners and pull the bottom pan out to clean.

The oven won't come on. turn the oven on and there is no fire coming on underneath

Is this a current connection with gas service in other parts of the home that are working?
If the gas service is working in other parts of the home, check to see if there is a turn off valve where the gas connects to the oven.
