I have a jvc KD-G720 Deck and its OVERHEATING Big Time

I have a jvc KD-G720 Deck and its OVERHEATING big time!!! I pulled it out today because the ipod hookup wasn't working and felt the back of the unit and it was HOT! Like It burnt my hand after just a sec. I just put it into my car a few weeks ago it has three different outputs for rca cables one for sub,fount,and back. I have the sub one hooked up to a phoenixgold mps-2240 amp and that is powering two 10 inch JL's then the back rca is to my other ms-275 amp and thats powering my two back 6x8 pioneer speakers. I have a 4g power wire going back to my subs and a splitter for them and a 4g ground as well. It sounds great I can turn it up as much as I want or leave it low and its great as well. I have a Pontiac prix 98 gtp supercharged it was upgraded stock it has a set of tweeters and some door speakers and 4 speakers for the back two of them I wired to my amp the other two I left on my deck. Do I have to many speakers hooked up to this deck because it still has the stoke speakers in it except the back pioneers. It only has two tweeters, 2 door, and two small speakers in the back that its powering. I have it wired right from what all my owners manuals are telling me. Any help would be great ty
