Question about LG CHOCOLATE VX8500 Cellular Phone
Thanks Tanya for your help. i have this phone mail by my friends in USA and it's brand new phone the thing is it needs to be program i try Menu #0 and the 000000 but it says warning wrong code or som'thn'..... .
is there any other codes instead of 000000 to access to program????

The phone needs to be unlock, you can go to a mobile service center and have them unlock the phone for you....or call the person that mailed the phone to you and ask what provider the phone works with then go to mobile2mobile.net and unlock the phone nline for a small fee.

Tips for a great answer:
First if phone is lock dial *228 and then
press 1. That reset your code for last four digit of your cell #
(phone will reset ,no any data will be lost)
If you do not know a cell # and phone is still lock then press .
#4357*4357.and you can see phone number that's your lock code last four digit... That's for LG VX8500 (VERIZON)
Here's good news and bad news. The good news is that you might
well have forgotten that the default password on the phone is 00000000 (that's
eight zeroes). The bad news is that if you've changed it to something else and
that's what you've forgotten, you might well need to take the phone in to a
service center to have them help you break it back open
