The MediaSmart webcam was working until I hooked up my HDMI cord to the T.V. I disconnected and unpluged the cord and my mediasmart webcam want work. There is a pop up that says " HP MediaSmart Webcam does not surpport a screen resolution smaller than 1024x768. What does this mean and how do I fix it.

u need to change the resolution of the computer more than 1024x768> u do that by right clickin on the desktop> properties> settings tab> increase the resolution > click apply> then ok
