Phone will not answer call when i flip phone open,

Phone will not answer call when i flip phone open, i have to flip open then push button. Is there some way of fixing this?

I have looked thru the owners manual and can't find the answer. Have you looked through the phone menu for setup? I had a motorola phone several years ago and I remember seeing a setting to disable auto answer using the flip. Look through the phone menu and see if you can find it there.
