When trying to use DSL, modem has all lights on, get message that user names or password is incorrect. Have put all previously used user names and passwords and keep getting same message. The hint does not help.
You need to call your ISP. They can reset passwords and user names. I work with an ISP and it happens all the time. System erase things and you will need them to help. Hope your the acct user cause we guard info heavily.
