It would actually be Mac (and then the OS X and the name of your version such as Leopard) For Dummies. You could try Amazon.com or Google "dummies books" and you'll find the website. You can order directly. A much better book is Mac OS X (your version), The Missing Manual, also available at amazon.com

If you have not gotten this resolved or for future reference, here are some simple steps. First, you want to download your program guide again. Go ahead and pull up the guide, then pres 999, then the BROWSE button, or the right arrow, and this will prompt a guide download. That should resolve it. Or you can try to unplug the receiver from the power source for 10 seconds, that will download the guide as well! Hope this helps!
