Problem for Amana ALW480DA Top Load Washer

When replacing belt where does idle arm go?

I have installed the belt and cannot figure out which side of the belt the idle arm goes. If looking at the washer does it go on the outside of the belt that is furthest to the left? The old belt was completly of pullys when I began project so I really have no clue where this idle arm goes!!
