Whe I turn on my Jasjam, 9 times out of ten I get a blank screen, just a white lit square. I have to turn the phone on and off until I get the PIN number screen. Sometimes I have to turn it on and off dozens of times.
Also, sometimes when the phone rings I get the same blank screen and can't see who's calling. Any solution would be most appreciated!
Tried reset ?? take backup 1st

Yeah encountering the same problem, Was fine 4 days ago, havn't dropped it, havn't washed it, its a year and half old and still looks brand new yet.. i get a white screen, i actually saw it go from the normal screen and fade into white too.. The 1 thing wrong with it though is now im used to the accessability of the Imate PDA's/Phone that i cant return to using a plain old simple mobile anymore.
