The schematic doesn't give me an indication of the fuse label, but it does tell me that you're looking for fuse #18 (15A) in the dash fuse box. According to the fuse box diagram I have, that's the ninth fuse from the left in the center row.

it is possible that the remaining piece of your charger has shorted it out and blown the fuse. If you look through your owners manual it will tell you the location of the fuse panel and which fuse is for the cig lighter and radio........sorry im not familiar with these locations on your vehicle or i would tell you exactly where it is hope this helps!
