You need to go to the maintenance tab on your printer properties and deep clean the head. If that fails, remove the print cartridges and poor some rubbing alcohol on the print head enough to wet it, replace cartridges and deep clean again, if that fails you may need a new print head or replace the printer, cost dependent.
