I METAL CLIP CAME OUT OF FLOOR CLEANING HEAD, NOW THE FLOOR ROLLER DOES NOT SPIN. I do not know where this part goes into place i have no manual for it.

It is
a red shark infinity cyclonic upright vacuum
or called a euro- pro nv31 infinity
