hmm i have used different computers from different ip address's . yet this has never happend to me . paypal are ebay can be very paranoid i guess your just gonna have to contact customer services and talk to them .im sure it will be resolved .... good luck
if you are talking about the game that is dusty or dirty (fingerprints etc..) just give it a gentle clean with a little white spirit on a soft cotton cloth, then dry it off gently using a soft cotton cloth.

oh that problem.. leave it coz some of the PAL games are really a trouble .. better leave them coz they wont work eventhough you try it a million times.. n.n
What region is your TV? A PAL, NTSC, or is it MULTI? If your TV is NTSC, try a PAL TV, and if its an NTSC, try a PAL one...then if its a MULTI, then you shouldn't have any problems...
You need to buy those games which says PAL on it...Usually they have those PAL indications on the top right corner of the CASE of the DVD...of course you won't be able to play those NTSC games...it's just a compatibility issue, i think...cause your PS2 is a PAL model...
you are banned .. probably multiple room bans lead to the situation going higher and Pal have a code for trouble makers to keep them offline away from pal .. it doesn't get talked about but it happens all the time .. program glitches no room lists getting pinged for bad connection warnings when when everything is just set perfect .. your band .. it will take about 2 months to get things back to normal again .. sorry but your are banned by the admin of paltalk
