Get a neighbour to try it on their computer (assuming that they have
DSL access, not cable-modem access, and assuming that pay the same amount/month for the DSL service, i.e.,"lite" versus "lite", "high-speed" versus "high-speed".
Or, if you have a laptop, connect your computer to your neighbour's DSL-service, and run SpeedTest.
