This phone has a problem with a loose charging socket. With mine, if I hold the plug tightly into the socket it will charge. When I let go it stops charging. The inexpensive solution is to tie a 3 inch rubber band to the charging wire at the plug. When you need to charge, put the plug in the socket and stretch the rubber ban up around the top of the phone. This will keep the plug securely into the socket and it will charge.
Does work all ok and dont charge?
Maybe its broken dc jack connector, or the charger or a fuse inside.
Try with usb on pc some nokia can charge from pc.
When charging a device on some type of charging block you need to plug it into a regular 110 socket as the block has the correct modifications in it for the device that it charges. This 11volt shaver socket is for older shavers that dont charge up you just plug them in and use them.I hope this helps you ....good luck
These sockets are on sale if you google enough. Ebay seller totalviews for example. Check its the right socket and be prepared for very small presise soldering. when you open the case, take great care not to break/dismantle the rocker switch that protrudes as it has minute elements in it. If charging is a problem but the socket appears sound,m check the plug that goes into it and ensure the springs go in and out to hold it in place.F4therchristmas
