No, You can't kill the pipes that are alive in Rusty Bucket Bay. I've tried the move 'Invunerable' on them. Doesn't effect. They also eat the eggs.

My nintendo 64 is lagging!

The N64 was originally made for the old analog CRT TV, if you are connecting it to a newer type digital TV this could be why you experience lagging as I have those games and do not remember any lag in any of them not that I have played them in the last 2 years. The worst case scenario is that the seller was getting rid of it due to a bad Video chip inside the N64 without stating that there was a problem with it so they could sell it. This is why I never use eBay you just never know what you are getting. I am not sure if Nintendo still support this console but it maybe worth a try to contact them directly and see if they are able to help you figure out what it is.

Your English is very good I understood everything with no problems my friend.

My Nintendo 64 is lagging!

Definitely if you are playing one of those 3 games it is normal since those are three of the most graphic intensive games ever released for the console besides Goldeneye 007 and Perfect Dark. Just like if you remember the days of the original nintendo if you had more than 8 characters/sprites on screen at once the game would crawl until you killed one of the sprites! LOL But for those 3 games if you have a lot of graphics on screen with a lot of textures at certain points in a level it will definitely slow down the frame rate for sure. The only way to remedy this is to attach a heat sink fan to your Nintendo 64 processor similar to how you attach one to a computer but that would have to be a custom job or just play the games on Emulator on your PC. Cheers!

Forgot how to break enemies shields on god of war 3

Hello Alicia, if I'm correct you've just passed through the music puzzle and now going down an elevator.
Notice that other enemy in there with you: the gorgon / snake woman, kill the gorgon. Do the circle command to initiate the sequence and killing the gorgon will petify the shield enemies, break them. If you failed to kill them all before they break the freeze stone, the snake woman will continue to reappear until you successful kill them when they become stone.

A simpler way to do this is try to grapple her. Just use the circle button not the combat grapple. If you do that she will try to freeze you almost every time then just counter with L1 and press what button comes up on the screen and it will freeze them.

Later on in the game you'll get the Cestus, a stronger weapon which can break them

Have fun

My Atari Lynx 2 will not power on, so I would like to try and open it up to look inside. I have removed the screw by the battery compartment, but it still will not open. Are there any other screws which...

The original Lynxes are easy to take apart, for whatever reason you
needed. The new Lynx IIs are more puzzling, but not impossible. The
following set of (edited) instructions are provided by Ken Small

* * *

"It's not hard, but there are a lot of fragile pieces and the electronics
are sensitive to all the things that electronics are usually sensitive to,

"First, remove the rubber pads from the bottom of the Lynx. They're glued
on, but they peel off pretty easily. Beneath them are screw holes --
remove them. Note that it's *very* easy to tell if your lynx has been
opened, since you leave holes in the glue stuff. Take off the back of the

"Remove the screw located inside the battery area. Be careful when
replacing this; it can strip easily. Mine is stripped, but the rest of
the case holds the battery bay in place. Remove the battery bay piece.

"You will see a circuit board with a couple of wires and circuit ribbons
attached to it. Carefully unplug all of these. The ribbon in particular
seems flimsy. Do not puncture or otherwise damage it. Remove the circuit

"Beneath the circuit board is an assembly screwed to the inside of the
case, which contains the screen, button contacts and buttons. A warning
when unscrewing this-- the are LOTS of small pieces in here, and they're
particular about how they go back in. In particular, be careful about the
A/B buttons, which are slightly different sizes, and the rubber mat around
the LCD screen, which has nothing to hold it in place. (NOTE: Also, there
are contacts on the circuit board hooked up to the high-voltage supply for
the backlight. They won't do any damage, but can give a mild shock.)

"The last thing is the joypad contact itself. This is a small rubber mat
held in place by a snap-on piece of plastic. You can carefully remove the
plastic to get under the apron, where the contacts can be cleaned. Clean
in-between the contacts, being careful not to abrase the contacts
themselves. They look like half-circles with a small (half-millimeter or
less) space between. Grunge between them can register an intermittent
false contact, which looks to the player like the joypad is being quickly,
repeatedly pressed in one direction."

Am playing Pandoras Box on Nintendo DS, am blocked at the momemnt because cant get solution to puzzle in grocers shop where they r trying to get food for the Dog, The one with the GARLIC. solution please

Hi Gill

Here's what you need to do:

1. Use the Memo function to trace which openings in the container lead to the garlic bulbs!

2. The fact that all three openings in the container connect to the garlic is a bit strange...

How to contain the smell, then?

3. You don't have enough corks to stop up all three openings in the container.

Well, you'll just have to look for another set of openings to seal off from the smell with the two corks.

4. Touch the man's two nose nostrils to plug 'em up and then hit "Submit" to solve the puzzle (make sure you don't leave any corks plugging the pipes of the weird garlic tunnels).

Hope this helps and good luck!

64... or not

Get a cleaning kit and clean out the terminals on the game cartridge and game slot.
Corrosion on the terminals is common on older systems and games.
They should be cleaned regularly. Maybe once a month or as problems occur.
This should always be your first troubleshooting step when a game stops working properly.
