Question about Frigidaire FES367 Electric Kitchen Range
The F9 code indicates there is a problem with the door lock.
Try disconnecting the power to the range for 10 seconds and reconnecting. Open the oven door and hold the door switch plunger in while you try these things. Put the control into clean for 5 minutes then cancel clean. You must hold the door switch plunger in for the 5 minutes.
Try canceling the clean cycle without putting the control into clean.

Thank you for your inquiry, Lucie!
From what you have described your Frigidaire oven lock is stuck open and you are receiving error codes "F9" and "DR". The "F9" error code stands for runaway temperature (overheating). This could be an issue with your RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) or the EOC (Electronic Oven Control). I would recommend performing a reset on your oven and you can do that by disconnecting from your oven for ten minutes. The "DR" code means that the door is not closed or the door latch is not recognizing the door is closed. This could be an issue with your door latch or control panel. If the reset does not help correct your issues I would recommend having a professional technician out to perform a proper diagnosis and repair. Best of luck! -Matt

Hello Youngmi Park - Typically error code F9 indicates that the range has experienced maximum oven door unlock attempts, open time, or lock attempts exceeded. Try resetting the unit by unplugging it or flipping the household breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and this will usually clear most false error codes. If it proves to be ineffective, the range may possibly have an issue with the motor door latch, lock motor assembly, door light switch, or EOC. Contact a professional to move forward accurately for a properly diagnose.

F9 is a door lock error and to solve this issue you can hold
the light switch for 15 seconds, this will reset the control. If it won't work
then hold the light switch in and set the unit to clean and after a minute
press cancel to cancel the clean cycle. If still it won't work then the door
lock assembly should be replaced. Hope this helps...please post
back for further assistance.
