Question about HP LaserJet 2840 Printer
The fuser on your printer is very easy to get to. Look at the back of the printer near the bottom. There are two small levers set to lock position, one on each side. Flip them both to unlock position and pull. That's it! That's the fuser right there.

If your printer is still under warrenty i would just take it in to get it fixed.
if not you may want to take it to a repair store i wouldnt recomend doing this yourself but if you want to .
turn off and disconnect the power cable
look for a device with rotating locks and a handle
rotate the locks to the unlocked possition
grab the fuser handle and pull the fusre from the device
the fuser assembly could be very hot so you may want to wait a bit before pulling it out
check the fuser tabs they should be next to gears its just a little metel tab and needs to be pushed in all the way.
but again if getting this error you should take it to someone because there is also a chance that its a low voltage error as well. and the fuser used to cost $300 not sure what they are now but messing with something that cost that mutch may want to be on the safe side and just take it somewhere.
