Question about Computers & Internet
On Linux server you need to install the clamav anti virus software.
On the workstations you can use an external Optical drive with antivirus recovery software. You can pick one from here: http://www.techmixer.com/free-bootable-antivirus-rescue-cds-download-list/

Another procedure that might work if you have Windows-based antivirus software that can scan networked drives:
Hook up only the server and the Windows machine with antivirus to each other...no other computers, no internet.
Map the server's shared folder(s) to a drive letter on the Windows machine.
Scan and clean the server this way.
Good luck, and don't forget to check out my business server and networking website if you're in Rockville Maryland or the DC area.
