The copper wires both go to the common/ground of the plug. those wires both connect to the contact that is closest to the cable. the other two connect to the other 2 contacts just pick either or.

How do I pair my smokin buds to a new device?

When you turn on your earbuds with the on switch you do so by holding the power switch down for a few seconds (4 ascending tones are heard) KEEP HOLDING THAT BABY DOWN for a few more seconds and you will hear a single tone, it's now on the look out for a NEW device and should be discoverable.

I don't know my Smokin buds earphones keep buzzing on my Nokia N97

Most likely the 3.5mm jack is damaged or the earpiece receiver itself. Try it on different devices. If it only happen on your Nokia, the frequency may not be calibrated easily

My skull candy ink'd left bud broke apart, how to re-wire it.

The wires inside the cord have broken, Unfortunately there is really no easy way to fix it, they don't solder well and replacing the cord is the only option but this also may not be successful. Replacing the headphones is the only proper solution

I dont know how to switch the rubber

Pull the old rubber piece off and slide the new one on in its place. It may take a bit of wiggling on but it is easy enough to do. Let me know if this helps.
