Right click on the printer icon in the Printer and Faxes menu. Make sure in the pop up box it says USE PRINTER OFFLINE. If it says USE PRINTER ONLINE, click on it and then try printing again. You may also want to double click on the printer icon and make sure there is nothing scheduled for printing. If there is, cancel it and try printing again. If that doesn't work, make sure you have the correct driver selected and it is connected to the right port.

go to printer and faxes and look to see if there are print jobs "stuck" in there. If so,click on documents and delete all print jobs. Then as an extra precaution, right click on "My Computr" and select manage..go to services and applaications..select services..drill down and find "Print Spooler" and stop and restart the service. Try your print job again

Will not print

Try unplugging the USB cable from the back of the computer, not from the back off the printer. Also, try deleting the printer from/at the printer/fax page and restarting your computer so it will reinstall. In either case, when checking the printer/fax folder, make sure there is nothing pending printing. If there is, click on delete all pending printing jobs. If there is a print job pending and you can not cancell/delete this job, then you must delete the printer icon and restart your computer. Aloha!

Cant print

First of all the basics to copy only you need to press the copy button in the printer itself, to print you will ot have to press any button in the printer.
Try the following Steps.
First if you have a windows operating system
Go to Start> Settings/Control Panel> Then Printers and other faxes and see how may printers icon do you see listed there, if you have multiple and unwanted icons then the printer you have delete all the icons there.
And insert the All-In-One Printer CD to the computer
Unplug the USB cable from the computers end and wait for a while until it says found new hardware and wait till all the drivers are installed
Then check in printers and faxes window there should be a new icon listed and it should say 0 Ready.
Now right click on the printers icon>Go to> Properties and click on Print test page.
And when ever you print any document make sure in the window you have the right printer listed

HP C1480

Please perform the below steps to clear the queue and print from the computer.

Before performing the below steps try to make a copy from the all-in-one to check the hardware functionality.

Remove the USB cable from the computer.

Now click on start --> control panel --> printers and faxes --> right click on the HP C4100 printer icon and delete all the pending documents.

Now again click on start --> run --> type services.msc and press enter --> locate print spooler in services window and right click on the print spooler and click on refresh or stop the spooler service and then restart the spooler.

Now open the printers and faxes folder, right click on the printer icon --> properties --> advanced tab --> enable print directly to printer and click OK.

Now connect the USB cable back to the computer and then try to print from the notepad and check for the result.
