There is a little black lever by the USB port on the camera. Pull the lever towards the USB port and pull the camera apart. There are two AA batteries located inside.

You will need to post a few more details of your camera.
Do you have a manual?
Is it a Micro pix, Max, 2.0 or 3.0?
The brand and model # would help.

Replace batteries

Marcia Boal... hello,

If our battery has corroded it may be impossible to get the end (opposite the light) cap to come off. The light is designed to be moisture resistant... Likewise even penetrating oil cannot get in...

To guarantee long reliable service it is best to put a tiny dot of grease on the threads on assembly.

Maglite Solitaire makes a wonderful little flashlight...
(all metal construction... single AAA battery)...
((Mini = 2 AAA batteries... opens the same)).

Basic colors included black, red, silver & blue
but this particular light was also quite popular for commercialization... often displaying many BIG NAME
COMPANY LOGOs.

The initial closure of the end cap can be quite loose to be effective because of it's O-ring design... however some folks put the end cap on too tight...

The

It might take some serious force to get it open again.

Consider using a piece of leather in a pair of pliers to avoid marring the case. Reassemble without over-tightening.

Hope this helps!

The base unit for my Philips VOIP3212S is not charging the phone I need to buy a replacement base unit. I put ordinary batteries in the phone and the base unit no longer works

Wilson - The phone was not made to use regular (AAA) batteries. Unless you install AAA NIMH rechargeables it will not work. Regular AAA batteries cannot be charged by the base unit.
In case you meant AAA NIMH batteries as "ordinary batteries" then your charger may be the problem, but I wouldn't assume that until I've taken a pencil eraser and vigorously cleaned the base contacts and tried the base again (with the right batteries.)
Good Luck, Mikeywaf

My Konaki KO-52A is not working when I put the AAA batteries in. Is there a certain brand it takes?

Hello -- All AAA batteries are the same voltage so there is no difference between them.
Some just last longer like Enegizer which is why they are more expensive.
Does the camera need disposable batteries or did it come with a charger to use re-chargable ?
Also make sure they are the right way round as AAA are small enough to fit either way.
Look for the + sign for the first battery. Ray

My ti 83 will turn on when i press the clear thing but when i try to put something in nothing happens

Hi imagenius1,

You need to free up some memory. Try clearing your RAM memory. Your calculator should operate properly afterward.

Press [2nd] [MEM] [7] [1] [2]

If the steps above did not reset the memory to your Ti 83 family calculator try the procedures below.

Please be prepared to re-install the calculator's OS if you run through this process.

If you have a straight Ti 83 without the Plus or, Silver Edition label goto (Procedure 2) below. If your Ti calculator is a Ti 83 Plus or better goto (Procedure 1).

(Procedure 1).

  1. Try a new set of AAA batteries.

  2. Remove one of the AAA batteries. Press and hold the [CLEAR] key. While holding [CLEAR], reinsert the AAA battery and then turn the calculator on. The calculator should display the message "RAM Cleared". Release the [CLEAR] key and, then press [CLEAR] one more time to remove the message.

  1. Remove one of the AAA batteries. Press and hold the [DEL] key. While holding [DEL], reinsert the AAA battery and then turn the calculator on. The calculator should display "Waiting...Please install calculator software now". Follow the instructions for the TI-83 family or TI-84 Plus family to reinstall the calculator operating system.

  2. Steps to re-installing the operating system:
~Connect the TI Connectivity cable between the PC and the calculator.
~Click on Start >> Programs >> TI Tools >> TI Connect >> TI OSDownloader
~Follow the on-screen directions to reinstall the calculator's OS. If you could not install the new OS on your calculator goto step 4.

  3. Remove all of the batteries including the round lithium battery for 5 minutes. After the 5 minute period, reinsert all of the batteries and turn the calculator on. Adjust the contrast if necessary.

  4. If the above process did not reset your calculator. Try re-doing (Procedure 1) and, extend the time in step 4, by 5 minutes to 10 minutes before you put all the batteries back in the calculator.

(Procedure 2).

For a straight Ti 83 without the Plus or, Silver Edition label try the procedure below.

  1. Try a new set of AAA batteries.

  2. Remove one of the AAA batteries. Press and hold the [ON] key for 20 seconds. Reinsert the AAA battery and then turn the calculator on.

How do you put the aaa battery in the happy hamster

Turn the hampster over so that the battery cover is facing up. Then unscrew the battery cover. It is the screw in the top left corner of the hampster. This is the only screw that you remove from the hampster. Do not remove the screw that is next to the on/off switch! Once you have removed the right screw, pull the battery cover off. Then you need to remove the whole battery compartment from the hampster. Do not be afraid of damaging the toy, because the plastic undercarriage of the toy is held in by velcro. Turn the battery compartment over. The actual compartment where you put the AAA battery is on the opposite side of the hampster undercarriage. You will need to then unscrew the battery flap and insert 1 AAA battery. I hope this helps!

I have Model MDR-RF970R and the battery is not holding a charge. Where can I get another battery? The # on the battery is BP-HP550-11/2.4v 550mAh. Thanks. Joe

Sony has some special case they put around the original 2 batteries to hold them together.

You don't need to buy special batteries. You can put regular AAA NiMH in.

To remove the compartment cover on the headsets make sure you hold down the pressure button on the left headphone to release the cover. Mine has the words "PUSH" on them.

With the cover removed you can then see the original BP-HP550 sony battery. Which you can remove and put 2 regular AAA batteries in.

I bought a motorola Talkabout, a set of three, and only got 2 batteries.

I put three AAA bateries in it! I still think you should include batteries when you sell a product with rechargeable batteries that you can't buy anywhere!!!! So I wont be able to recharge the regular AAA batteries. Yeah I am still burning over the problem.!!!
