Could be:

1. Bad flyback
2. Bad 220 V capacitor inside the power unit.

I would check these two things but warn you that you should be experienced when checking TV's if not leave it to the local repair guy ro do it for you the cost would be $95 for the new flyback or $25 for the new compo net.
