Question about Baby Gear
You may have something stuck between the innertube and the wheel mould possibly, or the wheel mould may have a sharp piece inside. Alternatively, the wheel may be under or over inflated.
I would suggest that you either take this back to the retailer for inspection, or take the wheel to a bicycle shop so that they can replace the innertube for you.
