my suttle boots only to memory test tnen it freezes or stops at memory test and fragments and freezes and in both states will not go to bios or safe mode wot do i do next or replace?

Replace and Change the BIOS on it. Go to the Center which you buy this shuttle and ask for a BIOS Chip which can help you to test on it if that BIOS chip have a problem of yours.
I usually if even in the BIOS won't boot up, i change it.
