What button? When you press the OK button it just switches to heating - rinsing but does nothing.

Should I just try reconfiguring everything? If so, how do I start complete reprograming? I can't get any coffee!

Power outlet continues to work fine. I have the downloaded instructions from last year but can't find where it says anything about reacting to the Replace Cartridge - Ventilate other then reference to the "Aqua Prima"cartridge filter which I have never had. Tried finding window message about programming all over again and did not find. If you can steer me in right direction it would be appreciated - jack

I failed to indicate that I don't have the model your link refers to. I have the S-Class Incanto Classic. Also, I have thrown the switch on the back and then turned on again to no avail.

Power OFF the unit while the error displays on panel lcd. After about 3 minutes, turn it back ON.
If this doesn't help, try removing filter. Power Off. Then power ON after 3 minutes. Device will display error. Now replace the filter and press OK.
Also, try to check if exhaust ventilating fan is working. This always causes trouble.

After replacing the filter in the tank, keep the button pressed; when the indicator light is flashing, then release the button.

Also at times, the gears in the brew drive assembly will not complete the cycle to the proper start position for different reasons. Some of the reasons are:

  1. Brew group jammed or blocked.
Note: A jammed or blocked brew group can happen when the brew group starts the cycle but doesn’t finish it.
  2. Either one of the micro-switches in the brew drive has gone bad.
  3. Brew drive motor failure.
  4. Broken teeth on either of the brew drive gears.
  5. Dirty brew group, covered by coffee grinds.
  6. Brew group or gears not lubricated.
  7. Connections to the board from brew drive assy., or motor have gone bad

This is the Hot Water Button. Keep it pressed until the Filter Light starts to flash and then release it.

I have a Saeco Incanto S Class rondo I think it is an older version as very manual no computer. It has a flashing red light on left side (where coffee comes out) it has a ~~ on it. The machine still...

That light indicate that you need to change the water filter in the tank. The water filter is either an Aqua prima
or intenza filters. If you are not using the filter I would suggest to just reset the light. You can reset the light by holding down the water button under the coffee brew button. Looks like a water drop.

Why in my saeco VENTILATE message comes? Also grinder is working continuously why?

On grinder it might be set too fine...
On ventilate, there is an air lock in the hydraulic system, run the hot water cycle for a few seconds to clear.

I have saeco incanto deluxe coffee machine, ventilate msg appears

Check the end of the steam nozzle, make sure it is not blocked. If not then with the knob open for hot water cycle push in on the knob if that works then the tap rod assemble or the steam valve needs to be replaced.

Ventilate shows, nothing works

There is an air lock in the hydraulic line of the machine, thats why it is calling for ventilate, if hot water valve is open and it is still calling for ventilate, then it is possible that the valve is blocked, it might be at top of the wand or at the tap rod assembly.

My saeco s-class incanto sirius machine keeps say replace water filter & ventilate even after I replaced filter

Sounds to me that water is not getting to the pump. Try charging the water filter before using by letting it sit in some water for about 5 mins.

Fill Water tank - Ventilate

Hi Mike,

Make sure the magnet flow up, if it flow up and you still get fill water tank then you have to replace the magnet.

If you get ventilate all time, try to remove the filter and try again.

It means you have an airlock in the water system. It can occur when you refill the water tank also.
Quite often you can run the hot water nossle untill the airlock clears. You will hear it splatter and then it should be sweet to go.
