That's a bit like asking "How long is a bit of string?" This is an expensive and technically complex piece of equipment with many precision parts which have to be very accurately assembled. Some faults will certainly not even be economically repairable, but as you have not given any indication as to which part is loose and whether it's merely loose or actually rattling around and completely detached or even broken. Without further details, an answer is impossible, and even if you do give further details you're going to need plenty of diagrams which cannot currently be posted to FixYa. You'll also need a high quality precision miniature tool set. With the greatest of respect, if you need to ask this question then you probably can't do the job yourself unless the loose part is a very superficial one. Even if it is superficial then it should be so obvious a repair that you wouldn't need to ask. An unskilled attempt at most of the possible faults on this lens will likely ruin it for good. This is one of those products where you really need to get a professional repair estimate in order to decide whether repair is economically worthwhile. Having said all that, if you can reply with further details of the problem and perhaps upload some photos /sketches clearly showing the fault to an accessible website then I'll do my best to help you.

Which lens fit nikon d5001

To the best of my knowledge, most, if not all, Sigma lenses fit most cameras that use interchangeable lenses with the appropriate adapter. As I recall, Sigma uses a bayonet mount and adapters are available for many name brand cameras. For example, I have a Nikon and my Sigma 600mm came with an adapter for a Canon. All I had to do was order a Nikon adapter. If you're not sure, you might want to check with a local camera store to confirm which adapter you need.

I have a sigma 600mm k mount lens that I would like to use on a nikon 3100, is there a adapter available?

No. The Nikon F mount has a longer flange focal length than the Pentax K. What this means is that a lens adapter to fit a K mount lens onto a F mount body would have to have a negative thickness, which is a bit difficult to build with current technology.
Adapters going the other way are possible and available.

Hi, I strongly doubt you would be able to fix it yourself. My suggestion would be to contact Gus Lazzari he seems to have access to a lot of camera and lens parts no matter how old they are.

I HAVE A SIGMA 600MM MIRROR LENS , WITH A

Hi,

The nominal filter size of the Sigma 600mm F8 Mirror lens is 30.5mm(Rear).
The actual filter has a rear screw thread measured across that is approx 22mm.

Does this look like what you have?
If you look for Sigma 600mm mirror filters on the web you may find some.
As you can see by the photo the filters are mainly for film use.

I was given a sigma mirror-telephoto lens (600mm) It says right on it that it is for a Cannon. I have Cannon Rebel xt and cant figure out how to attach it. Does it work with a Rebel? And if so how? Do I...

You need a T-mount ($30) for a Canon on E-bay or a big camera store. There is NO connections to the camera body, so you have to turn off auto focus and go to "Auto" mode (the shutter speed will change) as the lens is fixed at F8. The mirrors give very little depth of field, 4 or 5 feet when far away but everything in back is a blur of circles. At F8 the shutter speed can go slow and at 600mm you may need a tripod.

Sigma 600mm lens mount

You may be able to find a Konica toMinolta or Konica to M42 adaptor. Some adaptors are available...some aren't; it depends upon the film plane dist. and mount diameter. For instance you can get a Nikon to Canon adaptor, you can't get a Canon to Nikon adaptor. Email KonicaMinolta and ask them.
