Need 2 reset 2 factory setting

you need to have the RESTORE cd from your manufacturer.(if you bought a laptop o desktop it may came with restoration cd that includes the windows and proper drivers for your system)

place the cd into cd/dvd drive, restart the computer it will start from the disk and basicly you will have to follow simple directions on the screen. the program does it all for you !.

If you computer did not have a cd at the moment of purchased you have the IMAGE of the restoration cd built'in in your had drive.
pay attention to the lower part of you screen after you turn the computer on.
it will display something like "F2 to recovery mode" "F10 SETUP"

depends on the maker like sony hp, ibm. this option keys changes, so after you know what is the right key on your case press it a few times to enter to Something like ""recovery mode"" and follow the instructions some times they are two options.

pasive mode it will fix ay star up problem and won't delete your files.

HARD mode it will format the partition where he windows will be re-installed, (good choice if you have a virus in your system and many junk programs installed).
