Step 1: Go to parental controls in your wii settings.

Step 2: Keep clicking "I Forgot" on the bottom until you see:

"If you forgot your password, please contact the number in your Wii manuel
and say the following CONFIRMATION CODE (note: I capitalized confirmation code for a reason.):

Confirmation Code:********* *= random number

Step 3: Do NOT call the number in the manuel, instead, go to this link and enter the confirmation code.

click parental controls, then press yes, then press "I Forgot" twice and then you should see you confirmation number then on your wii you should see this confirmation number put it in the space on the link where it says confirmation number put in your time zone, and then click reset code, it should the give you a master pin for your wii specifically
