Question about Cell Phones
I have seen this many times. Pull out the battery and again plug in the battery after few minutes and check if that could fix the issue.
Try to move to other place. Make sure you are not close to any of the electronic equipments or even withing a range of electronic rays. Update the firmware would be the next step.
If the problem still persists, you need to open the cell and fix the circuit.
