Breville870xL loud noise when press brew buttons

The noise is caused by a (so-called 'magnetic' or sometimes 'three-way') solenoid valve's piston/plunger not seating properly or jamming when the solenoid is energized. This can be caused by too much gap between the plunger and the cylinder it's in, by roughness in the finish of the parts, or wear and tear - and indicates a faulty solenoid valve.

A bad solenoid isn't something that's repairable. It needs to replaced. There are two solenoid valve assemblies in that model, make you you get the correct one.

After flushing flusmate toilet a very loud siren-like sound occurs.

Try changing the opening of the water valve that feeds the toilet... just open the valve a little bit, try again, if noise is still there try closing it a bit... the noise is probably from the water valve vibrating and changing the position often will eliminate it. The valve should be obvious, it's what the water supply line from the toilet connects to.

Toilet drains to a certain level every half hour then refills with a sqeaky noise, when flused it makes a very loud sqeaky noise.

May need to replace toilet flapper or entire flush valve. water is getting from the tank into the toilet which is causing this to happen.

NOISY SANIFLO

Always an issue, guessing it is on a tiled floor? or up against a tiled wall?

I put some thin foam / Bubble wrap underneath and behind mine to dampen the vibrations. It also helps if you box the unit in and use foam to quieten the noise (on top and around the unit). Depending upon how long you have had it, it may also need a clean out or possibly even the motor bearings are getting a bit worn, creating some noise with the excess movement.

Good Luck

Push Button - Have to Hold Down Button

I had the same problem. The fix cost me 50 cents (literally). I just placed a quarter on top of the Blue and White flush buttons (not sure of the technical terms) inside the tank and now it flushes properly. It seems that the 2 plastic poles the extend from the faux chrome buttons are just a bit too short.
Hope this helps

Kenmore Elec. Dryer Model 66912 (1996)

The problem is the motor switch . Try spinning the drum with the door switch held in and pressing the start button all at the same time .If the problem is lint in the switch that might be all you have to do . If that don't work you will need to replace the motor and no special tool required. I can walk you through it.
