Ir 6570 error code e0004 e00103

E004-0103 The IH power supply is faulty/the IH control mechanism is faulty. After correcting the fault, be sure to reset the error. (COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR)
The IH current is faulty. (no current) - Check the connector for any fault in connection. - Replace the fixing heater power supply. - Replace the DC controller PCB.

I have an ir6570 giving me an error code e0013, e0004 please help

This is an error code dealing with the toner auger motor being bound up. Has the waste toner message been on for along time and the waste toner bottle not being emptied. Sometimes the waste toner counter has been reset several times without the bottle being emptied. This will cause the waste toner to back up in the auger mechanism. Thsi will have to be taken apart ( very tedious job ) and the toner removed from the tube. The auger spring and even some gears may have to be replaced. I've never had to replace the motor on any copier yet. Good Luck.

E0004-103

This problem is caused by the fuser unit that fuses the ink to the paper. You will need to reset the service error in the service mode before the code will be reset. The procedure for resetting the service error is in the manual but is entered by pressing the * 2+8 buttons together and then * again. Then select FUNCTION - CLEAR - ERR Then exit service and turn the machine off and on and the code should go. If not then replace the thermistor suggestedin the manual for such codes.
You can find the ir5570 service manual here.
